Do you offer a hatch rate guarantee?

Unfortunately, shipping hatching eggs through the USPS system is a risk! As a small family-owned business we cannot offer a hatch rate guarantee at this time. What we can offer is quality eggs shipped in a timely manner. We also offer as much help to you the consumer as we can. You can email us or send us a message over on Facebook where we're happy to answer any and all incubating questions. We also include a hatching guide with your eggs to help you get started.

How do you ship your eggs?

Shipping is currently included in our prices to make it easy on you and on us! We ship Priority Mail Monday-Wednesday, and most orders are shipped in 1-3 business days. If it will be longer you will be notified of the delay. Eggs are collected fresh and stored in a temp controlled environment. We ship eggs no older than 1-3 days old to give you the best chance at a successful hatch. All orders are packed in foam shipping trays and double boxed to prevent movement and crushing by the mail system while on their way to you. We'll make sure to do as much as we can on our part to have them delivered safely to you. If you would like your eggs held at your local post office, please let us know and we can make a note on your box.

Do you send extra hatching eggs?

As long as all the ladies are cooperating, we'll be sure to include extra eggs in your order to give you the best chance for success. 

Do you sell gift cards?

We do offer gift cards that can be used on any items we currently have available.

What payment methods do you accept?

We are currently set up to accept PayPal and credit card payments through our website. For local pickups we can accept cash also.
