4 cups of crushed berries : mulberries, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, etc.
5 TBSP real fruit classic pectin
3 cups white granulated sugar
Take your 4 cups of crushed berries and place into a pot. As your berries are warming up gradually stir in your pectin. Bring the mixture to a full rolling boil over high heat while stirring constantly.
Add all the sugar and stir to dissolve. Return the mixture to a full rolling boil and boil hard for 1 full minute while stirring constantly.
Ladle mixture in to clean sanitized jars leaving a 1/4 inch head space. Wip rims with a clean damp paper towel before adding lids and rings.
Water bath for 10 minutes. After removing jars from your waterbath you should leave jars alone for 24 hours. Any jars that do not seal should be refrigerated for use first.
