Ingredients
1 cup vinegar
1 TBSP sugar
1 TBSP salt
hot peppers, a
washed and stems removed

Preparation
Step 1
Wash peppers and cut stems short or remove them. Let peppers dry.
Step 2
Pack peppers into your bottles.
Step 3
In a small pot, heat vinegar, sugar, and salt are completely dissolved. Fill bottles with vinegar making sure to totally cover your peppers.
Step 4
Let your pepper vinegar sit for a feew weeks before using. We store ours on the shelf!
